By using Maple Play Room you accept the terms below. They are short because the site is simple: there is no money involved, no account to manage and nothing to buy.

1. Who may use this site
Maple Play Room is for adults. You must be at least 19 years old, or at least 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, matching the legal gambling age where you live. By using the site you confirm that you meet that requirement.
2. What the site is
This is a free social casino: entertainment software offering casino-style games played with virtual coins. It is not a gambling service, not a gambling operator and not an affiliate of one. Social casino games are not gambling and are not licensed or regulated by AGCO, iGaming Ontario, BCLC, AGLC, Loto-Québec or any other authority. Nothing on this site implies endorsement, approval or oversight by any regulator or organisation.
3. Virtual coins
Coins have no monetary value and no value of any kind outside the games on this site. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn, and they are not prizes, credits, tokens or sweepstakes entries. You do not own them and they are not property; they are a number stored in your browser. We may change how coins are granted or how the games work at any time, and coin balances may be lost if you clear your browser data, change device or use a private window.
4. No purchases, no prizes
There are no in-site purchases of any kind. There is no payment system, no shop and no way to spend money here. No prize of real-world value is offered, awarded or implied by anything on this site.
5. Play does not transfer to real gambling
Results here say nothing about real-money gambling. Practising on this site does not improve real-gambling outcomes, and success at these games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
The short version
Free games, fake coins, adults only. Nothing to buy, nothing to win, nothing promised beyond the games themselves working as described.
6. Acceptable use
Use the site as it is intended. Do not attempt to interfere with it, break it, extract data from it in bulk, or modify how the games behave in order to present the results as genuine. Do not copy the site's text, artwork or code for republication without permission.
7. Availability
The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee of availability. Pages, games and features may be changed, paused or removed at any time without notice.
8. Intellectual property
The text, artwork, layout and code of Maple Play Room belong to the site's owner. Standard playing-card ranks, dice faces and the rules of games such as sic bo, video poker and roulette are in the public domain and belong to nobody. No trade mark, brand or name of any real-money gambling operator is used anywhere on this site.
9. No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site's owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site. Since there is no money, no property and nothing of value involved in using it, the practical scope of this clause is narrow.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last were, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the site's owner is based.
